Manufacturing Scale

R&D & Tooling

A 150-person R&D team with 100–200 in-house moulds. Customisation rarely starts from a blank mould — mature tooling is called on directly, shortening development and cutting tooling cost. OEM & ODM supported.

Quality Control

100% line burn-in: every finished unit runs 2–8 hours of intermittent ageing before release. AQL critical defects = 0, major 1.0–2.5, minor 2.5–4.0, sampled per GB/T 2828.1 (ISO 2859-1), Level II.

Certification Coverage

All product lines hold CE, FCC and RoHS for the EU and North America, UKCA for the United Kingdom, SASO CoC (via SABER) for Saudi Arabia and ECAS for the UAE — products can go straight to listing, with no second-round certification.

  • 100% line burn-in — every finished unit runs 2–8 hours of intermittent operation; units that fail never reach stock.
  • Lab reliability ageing — vacuum function tested over 50–100 continuous hours; air-pump module cycled through at least 120 inflation/deflation rounds.
  • Batch sampling — GB/T 2828.1 (equivalent to ISO 2859-1), General Inspection Level II.
  • AQL levels — critical defects = 0, major 1.0–2.5, minor 2.5–4.0, plus 3–5 units per batch for dedicated reliability testing.

These cover the main failure modes of the category — pump service life, suction degradation, electrical safety, extreme temperature & humidity, and transport drop & vibration. The point is to catch problems in the factory, not leave them to the customer.
